В статье проводится анализ эффективности механизмов реализации Конвенции о правах ребенка в Российской Федерации. Рассматриваются основные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются дети в контексте защиты их прав, включая недостаточную координацию между государственными органами, отсутствие комплексного подхода к реализации прав детей, а также недостаток финансирования социальных программ. В статье также анализируются примеры успешных практик и инициатив на уровне регионов, направленных на улучшение ситуации с правами детей. Авторы предлагают ряд рекомендаций по совершенствованию механизмов реализации Конвенции, включая необходимость усиления межведомственного взаимодействия, повышения осведомленности общества о правах детей и разработки новых стратегий на уровне государственной политики.

The article analyzes the effectiveness of the mechanisms for implementing the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the Russian Federation. It examines the main problems faced by children in the context of protecting their rights, including insufficient coordination between government agencies, the lack of a comprehensive approach to implementing children’s rights, and insufficient funding for social programs. The article also analyzes examples of successful practices and initiatives at the regional level aimed at improving the situation with children’s rights. The authors offer a number of recommendations for improving the mechanisms for implementing the Convention, including the need to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation, raise public awareness of children’s rights, and develop new strategies at the state policy level.
